For this episode, we try something a little different -- a totally off-the-cuff talk about what we're currently experiencing in life and what we're learning from those things. It turned into a fun exploration of community, overcoming fears, and imagining a debt-free world. Come along to on this exploration with us!
Thank you for being a part of our journey! Please take a moment to share with us some of the life lessons you’ve been exploring lately! Much love to each of you =)

I’m very touched and honored. I liked the format and am always looking forward to new podcasts π.
You’ve touched our lives in so many ways, Daniel. We’re very grateful for your presence in our lives =)
Did you have any thoughts on what the action points might have been? I do think it’d be nice for more people to engage on this platform π
Hmmm. Action points. I suppose if we put an action point on here, it would be for people to take one thing that’s happening in their life right now, and “dig deep” into it. I feel like often, I let events pass by without really “sucking the marrow” out of them, and really learning all I can. Of course, we can over-examine as well, but choosing just one thing that is happening in one’s life and delving deep can be fun. Any thoughts on that? Any events happening right now that you’re learning something from? Love to you!!!
Yes! Being in the moment and looking deeper into what’s going on is almost a superpower it seems. I am currently starting small and trying to instill a sense of “digging deep” and asking questions about things as they happen. For example I still have a knee jerk reaction when someone who is upset snaps at me to snap back. So I’m working on asking why and what questions with smaller things. Mediation is a powerful tool but really using that awareness in the really tough situations I think is where the most growth happens.
We’re so honored to be part of your journey — those “kneejerk” reactions are such great training-grounds — moments when we go on full autopilot and basically lose all control of ourselves. They can often be short-lived, so we’re not even aware that we’ve “lost it”, but you of course have a strong background in mindfulness that is serving you well. I like how you call this a “superpower”, because it really does feel like it!! =)
I thoroughly enjoyed your sharing and the reasoning you have cultivated from your experiences.. I feel a strong connection with what you are sharing and would love to hear more from your podcasts. I can close my eyes and enjoy being nourished with the Love and wisdom that you share. God bless you and yours with great joy in all that you share. Thank You.
Charles, thank you! We’re so touched that you share this journey with us =)
