In addition to what one thinks of with traditional coaching, Kenton also makes a wide skill-set available to you, from helping you to learn wild edible plants or ancestral skills to fitness coaching, meditation instruction, and martial arts training.
Kenton provides coaching in three different methods — audio coaching, video coaching, and in-person coaching if you are local in southwestern Wisconsin.
With audio and video coaching, we send files back and forth. In-person coaching is arranged on a per-case basis.
Audio
For audio coaching, we send 15-minute audio files back and forth, crafting an ongoing conversation that you can go back to listen to at any time. This is priced at $50 per exchange.
Video
Video coaching consists of 15 minute videos we send back and forth. Like audio coaching, this is something you can keep and reference whenever you need. Priced at $75 per exchange.
In-Person
In-person coaching is priced at $85 per hour, and we’ll meet near Viroqua, Wisconsin.
